Rohan GBP

A two-faced panel: the agency team runs reviews, AI reply drafts, posts and reports; each client sees only their own businesses’ rating, reviews, visibility and approved reports. Nothing is written to Google without human approval.

Problem

Why it exists

Rohan Medya manages more than 70 Google Business Profiles, mostly restaurants and hotels. Reviews, replies, posts and monthly reports lived in scattered tools and ran by hand, and there was no place to show a client the answer to “what did you do this month?”.

Approach

Two faces, one filter

Only the agency’s account connects to Google, through the official Business Profile API; data is pulled into our own database. On top sit two faces: an admin panel for the team and a client panel with its own login and design language. Client separation runs through a single access filter; any out-of-scope record returns 404.

How it works

AI

The model that writes a reply also returns the review’s “signal card” in the same call: language, sentiment, complaint flag, praised and criticised topics, urgency. Replies are written in the review’s own language and go through draft → human approval → publish; writing to Google sits behind a separate lock. In reports, SQL computes the numbers and the model only interprets that snapshot; every figure in a report must exist in the data.

Client panel

What clients see

Overview, side-by-side business comparison, reviews, guest language mix, visibility (impressions, directions, search terms), competitor tracking and approved reports (PDF and expiring share links). Team invites and two-factor sign-in live here too. In the screens below, reviewer names, business names and review texts are hidden.

Live and running. The system speaks MCP: an agent like Claude can say “reply to pending reviews” or “draft a post for this business” without opening the panel; publishing still needs explicit approval and the write lock.

The next branch is your project

Tell me in a few sentences what you want to build. I usually reply the same day, the next day at the latest.

Right now I am open to new work: freelance projects, remote or on site in Istanbul. A web platform, a model to train or a stubborn device; whichever it is, write or call.
