Happy guests usually leave without writing a review; the ones who write are the angry ones. A venue's Google rating stops reflecting the real experience, and complaints land in public before the owner ever hears them.

We put a card on the table with both NFC and QR. The guest installs nothing: they hold the phone near it and rate with one tap. The page is a single, cookie-free, framework-free file that opens instantly in the phone's language, in 24 languages.

High ratings go straight to the Google or Yandex review form. On the Pro plan, low ratings land in the owner's panel with an email alert. The public review link stays on by default even for low ratings.

• The "if you had Pro" flag. Even on the basic plan every review is flagged with whether Pro would have kept it private. Owners see the complaints they missed in their own data, so the upgrade talk rests on evidence, not guesswork.
• Every card is a measuring point. A card can be tied to a table or a waiter, and the review platform (Google or Yandex) is chosen per card. NFC and QR scans are counted separately, so the venue sees which table, which staff member and which channel brings reviews.
• Setup does not count. Scans made in test mode never touch counters, alerts or analysis.

Speed comes from not starting from zero: I built ReviewVega on my own Laravel base, which is why it became a product in nine days. The guest-facing page I wrote the other way round, as lean as possible; a guest at the table will not wait even a second.
